The Governor's Suite

Johan Dufva

ANNO 1622 - ROOM 108

County Governor Johan Dufva, for whom the estate is named, was the first to build a stately manor house on the estate. Johan Dufva was later appointed governor of parts of Ostrobothnia in Finland. But on the journey there in 1644, the ship was wrecked on the Åland Sea and all on board died.

The Governor's Suite has two beautiful rooms and a magnificent terrace. The bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub and sauna.
