Welcome to an exclusive Distiller Dinner at Herrgården!
We invite you to a gastronomic experience together with Almqvist Destilleri and Rejmyre - an evening where gin, aquavit and local craft glasses are at the center.
We are hosted by the award-winning master distiller
Rebecca "Bex" Almqvist, founder of Almqvist Destilleri in Rejmyre. With over 20 years' experience in the drinks industry - from London's most prestigious bars to global work with Absolut - Bex is now sharing her passion through her own production of Swedish aquavit and Nordic gin.
An exclusive tasting in a manor house environment
During the afternoon, you can join a guided tasting where we taste Almqvists Rejmyre Akvavit and Nordic Dry Gin, as well as products from other distillers - all to deepen the taste experience and understanding of the craft.
Bex takes us on a fascinating journey through the art of distillation and ends by showing how to mix a perfect Dry Martini - which you can of course also enjoy.
To the table
After the tastings together with Bex, we warmly welcome you to the table where we serve a tasty 4-course dinner on exclusive barrels from Rejmyre. The first course of the evening will consist of crayfish fished up in Lake Dufweholm.
